Vinnie's Sleep Out

Our Year 6 Social Justice Leaders and our Year 7 School Leaders and our House Captains participated in the Vinnie's Sleep Out for schools. This experience gave the children a glimpse into the realities of homelessness by 'sleeping rough' for a night. They raised well over $3000. Some of the students comments included: "The sleepout taught us how to be grateful when we receive our food." "Being homeless was really rough, and I definitely understand, because it was very uncomfortable and very cold." You can read more in our current newsletter.
